Six of the Best for Bellway as Five-Star Rating Secured Again in 2022

Feedback from customers of national housebuilder Bellway has led to the developer being awarded an industry-leading five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the sixth consecutive year today [23 March].

The prestigious accolade of 5 Star status is given to companies who achieve a 90 per cent or higher rating in the HBFs annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This takes a snapshot of the views of customers moving into new-build homes in the past 12 months.

Achieving the HBF 5 Star Rating in 2022 is the sixth such achievement in a row for Bellway, which has its headquarters in Newcastle upon Tyne. The housebuilder’s score is one of the highest in the industry and reflects the fact that more than nine in ten of its customers would recommend the housebuilder to a friend.

Bellway is currently building new homes across almost 250 locations in England, Scotland and Wales, and aims to deliver over 11,000 homes each year.

The HBF results published today [23 March] demonstrated that the housebuilding industry as a whole had maintained a high level of customer satisfaction, with 91 per cent of new homeowners who completed the Customer Satisfaction Survey noting they would recommend their developer to a friend.
