Esher, Surrey – Keltbray, a UK leader in construction and engineering services, is proud to announce it generated a record-breaking £74 million pounds in social value during 2024. This milestone emphasises the company’s steadfast commitment to creating a positive, lasting impact on communities, the environment, and society at large.
The 2024 achievement reflects a 12% year-on-year growth, its highest to date, driven by initiatives focused on enhancing local economies, championing sustainability, and supporting community wellbeing.
Key Highlights from 2024
- Community Investment: £328,000 was invested in community engagement, education, and local initiatives, directly benefiting communities and individuals across the UK.
- Job Creation and Skills Development: Keltbray created over 600 new jobs and launched apprenticeship programs for 56 individuals, boosting employment opportunities and contributing to economic growth.
- Environmental Stewardship: Through its commitment to the circular economy, Keltbray diverted 1,775.5 tonnes of waste from landfill.
- Mental Health and Wellbeing: The company trained 68 Mental Health First Aiders and delivered targeted programs, generating £319,000 in social value while promoting mental health awareness and support.

In the lead-up to National Apprenticeship Week and the London Careers Festival in February, the company will host a series of careers and apprenticeship workshops designed to inspire and engage the next generation of talent.
