Miller Homes Scotland West has announced the acquisition of a 7.5-acre site in Hamilton, paving the way for the delivery of 64 energy-efficient homes and marking a significant milestone as the homebuilder celebrates 25 years of building communities in South Lanarkshire.
he new development, Maplebrook, reflects Miller Homes’ long-standing presence and commitment to the area, and will follow on from the successful Highstonehall Park and Highstonehall developments, both of which completed last year. Over the past quarter century, Miller Homes has helped create thriving communities across the region, and the team is excited to bring forward a new neighbourhood as part of its continued investment in South Lanarkshire.
Maplebrook will deliver a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes in a choice of terraced, semi-detached and detached styles, designed to appeal to a broad range of buyers – from first-time purchasers to growing families.
