Reopening Our Gardens and Parks, Grand Illusions and Flower Power

National Trust

We’ve been working hard to reopen our places and we’d like to share our latest news with you. We’ve now reopened more than 200 coast and countryside car parks in England and have heard from so many of you about how much you’ve missed visiting your favourite places. We love hearing from you, so thank you and please keep sharing your stories with us.

You may have seen the good news that from 3 June we’re able to reopen the first of our gardens and parklands in England and Northern Ireland, with more opening over the coming weeks. To open these places safely, we’ve had to reduce the number of people we can welcome at one time so you’ll need to book in advance.

Your visit to us may be different from usual, because there are a few things we need everyone to do to help us keep places open safely. One of the new things we’ve introduced is that you can now plan your visit on our website. Click the link below to find out what’s open near you, check availability and book.

We’re working hard to open more places as soon as possible. For now, our houses remain closed and we’ll open these as soon as we can. In Wales, we continue to prepare for government guidance to change. Thank you for your patience, support and for sharing your stories during this time. We’re really looking forward to seeing you very soon.
