Montreaux, appointment of Hassan Khan as an Investment Analyst

Growing mixed-use developer, Montreaux, has recently expanded its senior team with the appointment of Hassan Khan as an Investment Analyst.

As CEO, David has been responsible for the expansion and growth of Places for People which now manages c200,000 homes across the country and is one of the largest developers of affordable housing through its Placemaking approach.

Hassan has a strong background in financial due diligence, specialising in development and distressed commercial assets. This experience extends to sealing land deals, with extensive knowledge of off-market office blocks and disposal of converted commercial space.  Previously working for Parcap Real Estates Investors, Hassan decided to venture into this expanding business, bringing with him a wealth of strategy analysis.
