Ashberry Homes is preparing to welcome house-hunters to its Beaumont Park development in Great Dunmow for the first time this month.
The housebuilder will be opening a sales office at the site on Friday 3 September, when the first selection of properties will be released onto the market.
Located off Woodside Way, the development of 198 new homes will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses, including 63 properties to be provided as affordable housing for rent or shared ownership.
The sales office will be open five days a week, Thursday to Monday, and will provide a base from which Ashberry Homes sales advisors can respond to incoming enquiries. Prospective homebuyers can now book an appointment to visit the development.
