Sustainability champions Joseph Homes is proud to announce the appointment of Dominic Grace to its Strategic Board, in a move designed to support the developer’s bold ambitions to see change within the built environment. The B Corporation® (B Corp™) certified developer, awarded for taking a holistic view on impact and reward, whilst prioritising people and the planet, is on a mission to highlight how innovative, well-designed places where we live and spaces where we work can positively impact on society, operating in harmony with nature, rather than against it. Dominic Grace’s appointment will support this mission by providing another strong and fearless voice to the developer’s inner circle, helping to direct Joseph Homes in creating lasting change.
This is another ‘win’ for the developer, recently celebrating unanimous planning approval on its 25-33 Parkhouse Street scheme in the London Borough of Southwark. The scheme will deliver an impressive 72% carbon reduction with an innovative energy strategy reducing resident energy bills by 38%. Grace will assume his position on the Strategic Board immediately and provide tactical and judicious guidance, whilst encouraging increased blue sky thinking to support the developer in its long term strategic direction.
Dominic’s experience will help Joseph Homes to ensure the spaces and places created provide industry leading solutions to the climate change emergency, whilst focusing on the wellbeing of the end user.
