Award winning housebuilder, The Hill Group has announced an exclusive partnership with fitness technology innovator MAGIC AI to incorporate cutting-edge AI-powered fitness mirrors into its show homes. This forward-looking initiative to integrate smart fitness technology into its homes reflects Hill’s position at the forefront of designing homes that support modern lifestyles and evolving living habits.
This collaboration marks the first time MAGIC AI has partnered with a UK housebuilder, showcasing a shared commitment to modern living, health and wellness. The sleek MAGIC AI Fitness Mirror will be featured in show homes at Hill’s flagship new homes developments in London and Cambridge offering potential purchasers the opportunity to experience this immersive, AI-driven fitness technology first-hand. Introducing the Magic Mirror is an extension of Hill’s wider approach to supporting wellbeing through the design of flexible living spaces with lots of natural light and good access to outdoor areas.
The MAGIC AI Mirror, powered by the company’s proprietary ReflectAI® technology, blends seamlessly into any room. It looks like a traditional mirror, but once activated, it transforms into a personal trainer – offering real-time feedback on form, counting reps and delivering custom training programmes. With no need for a dedicated gym space, the mirror is either wall-mounted or free-standing making it a perfect fit for modern, flexible homes.
The partnership not only showcases Hill’s commitment to innovation in housing design but also taps into a growing appetite for home-based fitness. Since the huge rise in homeworking as a result of the pandemic, there has been increasing demand for flexible fitness solutions that fit within the home environment.

MAGIC AI has worked with high-profile fitness personalities to develop its interactive programmes including cricketer Sir Alastair Cook, Strictly dancer Katya Jones, and Olympic sprinter Desiree Henry, offering lots of fun and flexible options for those that want to exercise in the comfort of their homes.
Rebecca Littler, Group Sales and Marketing Director at The Hill Group, said: “At Hill, we believe homes should support every aspect of modern living, including health and well-being. As the way we live continues to evolve, we’re committed to designing homes that respond to new lifestyle patterns. By introducing the MAGIC AI Fitness Mirror in our show homes, we’re helping potential buyers see how they can integrate healthy habits into their everyday routines all in the comfort of their own new home, without needing a dedicated home gym. It’s about enabling residents to get the most from their living spaces in ways that enhance comfort, flexibility and wellbeing.”
Nick Kane, Group Chief Marketing Officer of Magic AI, said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with The Hill Group to bring the MAGIC AI Fitness Mirror into their homes. Our mission has always been to make world-class personal training accessible to everyone, right in their own living space. By combining Hill’s vision for modern, flexible homes with our cutting-edge AI technology, we’re showing people how fitness can seamlessly fit into everyday life without the need for a dedicated gym. It’s about making healthy living simple, inspiring, and achievable for all.”
The MAGIC AI Fitness Mirrors will be initially installed in show homes at Dagenham Green, Kew Bridge Rise, Lampton Parkside and North Gate Park in London, as well as Marleigh Park and The Icon in Cambridge and Canalside Quarter in Oxford. The Hill Group invites prospective buyers to try the mirrors in person in its show homes.
