Elliott Group, Building & Civil Engineering Ltd., recently celebrated an impressive milestone at their Windmill residential development site, based in Clonsilla, Dublin, where they held a Topping Out Ceremony in recognition of the hard work and support from their project team. A Christmas tree was placed on the top level, as is tradition, as a symbol of good luck for future occupants, continued growth and a safe job, which is at the core of the Elliott Group directive.
Representing the project team were members from Elliott Group, Caye Construction, Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI), Urbeo, McCrossan O’Rourke Manning Architects, O’Byrne Jenkins Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, 2HQ Consulting Engineers Ltd, Delap & Waller, Ronan MacDiarmada & Associates Ltd., OLM Consultancy, Kilsaran, Hooke & MacDonald.
The much-anticipated development includes 211 apartments in four blocks, complete with a landscaped public open space.
