Teal Scaffold Appoint New Manager as Firm Continue to Expand Across the North West

National Access and Scaffold Confederation members, Teal Scaffold are pleased to announce the expansion of their management team with the appointment of new PASMA and Stock Manager, Phil Coulton.

The appointment of the longstanding colleague demonstrates the firm’s commitment to nurturing and supporting the talent and knowledge within the business to ensure continuity as they reach new heights in the industry.  

Teal Scaffold is proudly part of The Sovini Group, who provide quality construction, property, and facilities services to the public not-for-profit and private sectors.

Phil brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in complex PASMA scaffolding installations. Including extensive experience working first hand with several registered social housing providers.

When asked what he was most proud of Phil said:One of my greatest professional achievements was managing the internal PASMA work for Liverpool Lyceum, the neoclassical Grade II listed building which showcased priceless artifacts. Given the internal location of the project it meant that I was responsible for ensuring the historic artifacts were not damaged”.

Commenting on his recent promotion, Phil said: I am delighted to be promoted to my new role within Teal Scaffold’s management team. I am looking forward to utilising my skills and first-hand experience to contribute to the company’s growth”.
