Best Small Housebuilder

Burrington Estates is proud to have won a coveted Bronze award in the ‘Best Small Housebuilder’ category at this year’s WhatHouse? Awards, which took place on the 18th November at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.

This premier event is regarded as one of the most prestigious in the housebuilding industry and celebrates excellence and innovation across the sector. Judged by an elite panel of property experts, including architects, surveyors, property writers and industry specialists, the ‘Best Small Housebuilder’ award recognises outstanding work carried out by niche housebuilders that construct less than 100 homes a year.

Burrington Estates is known for its high quality residential and commercial developments across the South West and Central England, and this win reflects its continued commitment to provide homes of distinction, create communities and improve quality of life for its customers.

David Jervis, Group Managing Director at Burrington Estates comments: “We are absolutely thrilled to have won the bronze award in the Best Small Housebuilder category at the What House? Awards.  This is a strong endorsement of our approach, which is to create unique developments individually designed to suit their setting, while raising the bar in design and build. We are committed to creating vibrant communities that guarantee a legacy which residents can enjoy for many years to come. Gaining this title is fantastic way to round off our year at Burrington Estates and we look forward to building on this success in 2023.”
